Sweet 'n Creamy Corn

Ingredients
2 (16-ounce) bags frozen whole kernel corn
1 (8-ounce) package regular or light cream cheese, cubed
1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Butter, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons sugar
Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
Land O Lakes® Butter Balls, for topping
How to make

STEP 1
Combine all ingredients except parsley and Butter Balls for topping in 4-quart slow cooker.

Cook, stirring once or twice, on High 2-2 1/2 hours or on Low 4-5 hours or until flavors are well blended. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.

Serve hot topped with Butter Balls as desired.
Tip #1
To make on stovetop, combine all ingredients in 4-quart saucepan. Cover; cook over medium-low heat 10 minutes. Stir; continue cooking, covered, 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Reduce heat to low, if mixture begins to boil. Leftover corn reheats well in microwave.
