Ingredients

1 (106-ounce) pouch Land O Lakes® Ultimate Creamy White™ Cheese Sauce

1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro

1 ounce (2 tablespoons) Lime juice

2 teaspoons Tajin Clasico Seasoning

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Hot Preparation: Combine all ingredients in half steam table pan. Cover. Heat until sauce reaches 165˚F for at least 15 seconds. Hold warm until service. To serve, portion 3 ounces as hot sauce for grain bowls, pasta or nachos.

  2. STEP 2

    Cold Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate immediately. Cool to 70˚F within 2 hours and to 41˚F or lower within an additional 4 hours. To serve, portion 3 ounces cold sauce for bento boxes or as cold crema for vegetable or grain bowls.
