2 cup kidney beans, drained, rinsed1 (1.25-ounce) package taco seasoning mix

2 cup waterTaco Shells
12 (6-inch) hard taco shells
Toppings
1 cup shredded lettuce
1
2 cup chopped tomato3
4 cup shredded Cheddar cheeseSalsa, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet until sizzling; add green pepper. Cook over medium heat 3-4 minutes or until softened. Add ground beef; continue cooking, stirring constantly, 4-6 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain. Stir in kidney beans, taco seasoning and water. Continue cooking 5-7 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed

STEP 2
Spoon 1/4 cup filling into each taco shell; top evenly with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Serve with salsa, if desired.
