Buttery Cinnamon Nut Bread
Easy to make using frozen bread dough, this tasty bread has two flavor variations.

Ingredients
Bread
1 (1-pound) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

2 cup sugar1
2 cup chopped pecans1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Glaze
1
2 cup powdered sugar1 to 2 tablespoons milk
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

Press thawed bread dough onto bottom prepared pan. Spread dough with butter; prick with fork.

Stir together sugar, pecans and cinnamon in bowl; sprinkle evenly over dough. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Combine all glaze ingredients in bowl; mix well. Drizzle over warm bread. Cut into triangles or squares; serve warm.
Tip #1
Variation: Orange Bread: Omit cinnamon. Omit milk. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly grated orange zest to sugar and nut mixture. Add 1 tablespoon orange juice and 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest to glaze.
