Caramelized Apricot Bundles

Ingredients

4 (18-inch long) pieces heavy-duty aluminum foil

8 fresh or canned apricot halves  

16 fresh pineapple chunks  

12 large marshmallows

1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

 *Substitute fresh or canned peaches, halved. **Substitute 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

  2. STEP 2

    Spray aluminum foil pieces with no-stick cooking spray. Place apricot halves, pineapple pieces and marshmallows in center of each piece of foil. Top each evenly with 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon butter.

  3. STEP 3

    Bring edges of foil up to center; tightly seal top and sides of each packet.

  4. STEP 4

    Place fruit packets onto grill. Grill 5-7 minutes or until marshmallows are melted. Serve warm.

Tip #1

Oven Directions: Heat oven to 450°F. Prepare foil packets as directed above. Bake 10-15 minutes or until marshmallows are melted.
