Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding with Maple Sauce

Ingredients
Bread Pudding
4 cup8 slices (4 cups) cinnamon raisin bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 cups Land O Lakes® Half & Half
1
2 cup granulated sugar2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1
2 teaspoon ground cinnamonSauce
1
2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 4 cup1
4 cup maple syrup2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Half & Half
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F.

Melt 1/4 cup butter in 1 1/2-quart casserole in oven. Add bread cubes; toss to coat.

Combine half & half, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon in bowl; stir to blend. Pour over bread cubes. Bake 40-45 minutes or until center is set.

Combine all sauce ingredients in 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Continue cooking 3-4 minutes or until mixture is thickened.

Serve warm sauce over warm bread pudding.
