Chocolate Chunk Brownie Cookies

Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) package (2 cups) real semi-sweet chocolate chunks

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt 1 cup chocolate chunks in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until melted.

  3. STEP 3

    Combine sugar and butter in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add melted chocolate, eggs and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; beat at low speed until well mixed. Stir in remaining chocolate chunks.

  4. STEP 4

    Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9-11 minutes or until set. Let stand 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to cooling rack.
