Crispy Baked Fish

Ingredients
1 cup cornflake crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg, beaten
4 (4-ounce) firm-fleshed white fish fillets or pieces (such as cod, red snapper or Chilean sea bass)
Lemon wedges, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 400°F.

Combine crumbs and garlic salt in pie pan or shallow bowl. Place beaten egg in another pie pan or shallow bowl.

STEP 3
Dip fish in egg then lightly press both sides of fish into crumb mixture to coat. Place onto greased baking sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with fork. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
