24 (2 cups) crisp chocolate chip cookies, crushed
13 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1 quart (4 cups ) chocolate ice cream, slightly softened
Garnish
Chocolate-flavored syrup
Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream, sweetened, whipped, if desired
Crisp chocolate chip cookies, broken into pieces, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Combine crushed cookies and butter in bowl; mix well. Press onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie pan. Freeze 10 minutes or until firm.

Spread ice cream over crust. Cover; freeze 6 hours or overnight until firm.

STEP 3
Remove from freezer. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving. Drizzle pie with chocolate syrup. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and chocolate chip cookie pieces, if desired.
