Chicken Breasts with Tomato Basil Cream

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic

4 teaspoon salt1
4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper4 (6-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup coarsely chopped red, yellow and/or orange tomatoes
1
4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves1 Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
2 cupFresh basil leaves, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; stir in garlic, salt and pepper. Add chicken breasts. Cook over medium-high heat, turning once, 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Add tomatoes, 1/4 cup basil and whipping cream. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 4-5 minutes or until sauce is heated through.

Serve with pasta and garnish with basil leaves, if desired.
