Cherry White Chocolate Scones

Ingredients

4 cups all-purpose flour3
4 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped1
2 cup white chocolate chips1
4 cup sugar2 teaspoons baking powder
1
4 teaspoon salt1 Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
4 cup1 Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
4 cup1
4 cup milk1 large Land O Lakes® Egg, slightly beaten
Coarse grain sugar, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 400°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

Combine flour, cherries, chocolate chips, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl. Add whipping cream, butter, milk and beaten egg; stir until well mixed.

STEP 3
Drop dough by heaping 1/3 cupfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle tops with coarse grain sugar, if desired. Bake 12-14 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
