Dairy Country Chocolate Sheet Cake

Ingredients
Cake
1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
1 cup water
1
4 cup unsweetened cocoa2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar

2 teaspoon salt1
2 cup sour cream1 teaspoon baking soda
Frosting
2 cup1
4 cup unsweetened cocoa6 tablespoons milk

2 cups (1 pound) powdered sugar1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F.

Combine 1 cup butter, water and 1/4 cup cocoa in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 6-7 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Remove pan from heat. Add flour, granulated sugar and salt; mix well. Add sour cream, eggs and baking soda; beat until smooth.

Spread batter into greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake 20-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Combine 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup cocoa and milk in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3-4 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil.

Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar; beat until well mixed. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Spread over warm cake.
