Double Chip Pecan Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

3/4 cup sugar

2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup butterscotch-flavored baing chips

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 (12-ounce) package (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 375° F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add flour, baking soda and salt; beat at low speed until well mixed. Stir in butterscotch chips, pecans and chocolate chips.

  3. STEP 3

    Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake 9-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to cooling rack.
