appetizers Ingredients
12 cup sour cream
4 ounces (12 cup) reduced fat cream cheese, softened
14 cup chopped pitted ripe olives
14 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® White Deli American, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons sliced green onions, if desired
1 tablespoon chopped mild green chiles, well-drained
3 (10-inch) spinach-flavored flour tortillas
Salsa, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Combine sour cream and cream cheese in bowl. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth. Stir in all remaining ingredients except tortillas and salsa.

Evenly divide cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Spread mixture to within 1/8 inch of edges and 1/2 inch on top edge. Roll each tortilla up tightly; wrap with plastic food wrap. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Trim ends; cut each tortilla into 1-inch pieces. Serve with salsa, if desired.
