Ingredients
Crust
1 Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 cup1
3 cup sugar1 1
4 cups all-purpose flour2 tablespoons milk

2 cup sour cream3 ounce cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar

2 cup sweetened flaked coconutVariety of your favorite fruits, cut-up
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 400°F.

Combine butter and 1/3 cup sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add flour, milk, almond extract and salt. Beat at low speed until well mixed.

Press dough onto bottom and up sides of ungreased 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom or 12-inch pizza pan; prick with fork. Bake 13-20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely.

Combine sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and almond extract in medium bowl; beat at medium speed until well mixed. Spread over cooled crust.

At serving time, sprinkle with coconut; arrange fruit on top. Store refrigerated.
