Ingredients

2 cups water1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Fresh Buttery Taste® Spread
2 teaspoon instant chicken boullion granules
1
2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic1
8 teaspoon salt1
8 teaspoon pepper3
4 cup uncooked long grain rice1
4 cup finely chopped carrots1
4 cup slivered almonds, toasted2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon sliced green onions
How to make

STEP 1
Place water, Fresh Buttery Taste® Spread, chicken bouillon, garlic, salt and pepper in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat 5-7 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil. Add rice and carrots; return to full boil.

STEP 2
Reduce heat to low. Cover pan; cook 25-30 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
