Grilled Orange Teriyaki Beef Skewers
The combination of teriyaki and orange gives a fresh summer flavor to these easy-to-make pineapple and beef skewers.

Ingredients
1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
1
2 (about 2 cups) fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch pieces1 medium (1 cup) red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium (1 cup) onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
6 (12-inch) wooden skewers, soaked in water
1 Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

2 teaspoons freshly grated orange zestHow to make

STEP 1
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

Thread beef, pineapple, bell pepper and onion alternately onto skewers.

Combine melted butter, hoisin sauce and orange zest in bowl; stir until well mixed. Spread about one-third mixture onto 1 side of each skewer.

Place skewers onto grill, glaze-side up. Grill 2-4 minutes or until browned.

Turn skewers; brush grilled side with about one-third of glaze. Continue grilling, turning often and brushing with glaze, 8-12 minutes or until beef reaches desired doneness.
