5 cups toasted rice cereal
34 cup light corn syrup
12 cup firmly packed brown sugar
14 cup sugar
12 cup creamy peanut butter
14 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
Decorations
24 ounces vanilla and/or chocolate-flavored candy coating (almond bark)
Red and green decorator icings

How to make

STEP 1
Spray 13x9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside. Pour cereal into large bowl; set aside.

STEP 2
Combine corn syrup, brown sugar and sugar in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and butter until mixture is smooth and combined.

Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal; stir to coat cereal completely. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Cool completely.

Place large sheet of waxed paper on work surface. Cut cereal bars into 32 pieces.

STEP 5
Melt candy coatings as directed on package. Dip each bar completely in candy coating. Place onto waxed paper; let stand until coating is set.

STEP 6
Draw ribbon design with decorator icing on each bar; top with candies as desired.
