I-Scream Cones
Popcorn and peanuts with a marshmallow coating make the perfect "ice cream" for these cones. Softer than traditional popcorn balls, the built-in holder makes them easier to eat.

Ingredients
12 cups popped popcorn
1 1
2 cups salted peanuts 4 cup1 (10-ounce) bag miniature marshmallows
12 chocolate-dipped or plain ice cream cones
Decorator sprinkles, jimmies, etc.
How to make

STEP 1
Combine popcorn and peanuts in large bowl; set aside.

Place butter in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 30-45 seconds or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat marshmallows with butter. Microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, 2-3 minutes or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is blended. Spoon over popcorn and peanuts; stir until well coated.

STEP 3
Place decorator sprinkles in shallow bowl. With buttered hands, shape 1 cup mixture into ball; roll in sprinkles. Press coated ball into ice cream cone. Repeat with remaining mixture.
Tip #1
Use white, caramel, cheese or kettle-corn or a combination of these popcorns to give your ice cream cone treats a different flavor.
