Italian Shrimp Caprese Pasta

Ingredients
8 ounces uncooked dried linguine
4 cup4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic

2 teaspoon dried oregano1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined

2 teaspoons lemon juice1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup fresh mozzarella pearls or cubed mozzarella

4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves1
4 cup shredded Parmesan cheeseHow to make

STEP 1
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

Melt butter in 12-inch skillet over medium-low heat until sizzling. Add garlic and oregano; sauté 1 minute or until softened.

Add shrimp; sauté, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add cooked pasta, lemon juice, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil; stir until coated and heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
