Italian Grilled Cauliflower Packet

Ingredients

2 (9- to 10-ounce) bags fresh cauliflower florets  

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon salt

 *Substitute one large head cauliflower, cut into florets.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Place 18-inch square sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil onto counter.

  2. STEP 2

    Cut large pieces of cauliflower into bite-sized pieces; place into center of foil.

  3. STEP 3

    Cut butter into small pieces; dot cauliflower with butter pieces. Sprinkle garlic, Italian seasoning and salt over cauliflower. Bring sides of foil over cauliflower; seal foil by double folding. Seal remaining ends of foil with double folds.

  4. STEP 4

    Place packet directly onto grill. Close cover; grill 15-20 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.

  5. STEP 5

    Open packet carefully, allowing steam to escape. Stir cauliflower before serving.

Tip #1

If using 12-inch aluminum foil sheets; place two (12x20-inch) squares crisscross and fill with cauliflower. Fold up bottom piece first to seal.
