Leg of Lamb Roasted with Rosemary

Ingredients

1 (3- to 4-pound) leg of lamb

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh garlic

2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves, crushed

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Place lamb, fat-side up, onto rack in roasting pan.

  3. STEP 3

    Combine all remaining ingredients. Spread over lamb.

  4. STEP 4

    Bake 60-90 minutes or until internal temperature of lamb reaches at least 145°F.
