Microwave Caramel Bars

Ingredients

2 (5x2 1/2-inch) whole graham crackers1 cup graham cracker crumbs

4 cup sugar1
2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 2 cup1
3 cup milk1
2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips1
4 cup peanut butter1
4 cup chopped peanutsHow to make

STEP 1
Line bottom of buttered 9-inch square pan with whole graham crackers; set aside.

Combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, brown sugar, butter and milk in 3-quart bowl or dish. Microwave, stirring after 1 minute, 2-2 1/2 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil. Continue microwaving 5 minutes (mixture will be very hot). Immediately pour mixture evenly over whole crackers in pan.

Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter in bowl. Microwave 45-60 seconds or until chocolate is softened. Stir until smooth and melted. Spread evenly over caramel mixture; sprinkle with peanuts.

Refrigerate bars 1 hour or until chocolate is set. Store refrigerated.
