Onion 'n Dill Potatoes

4 pounds small new red potatoes, quarteredWater

4 cup finely chopped onion3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Light Butter with Canola Oil, melted
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1
4 teaspoon salt1
4 teaspoon pepper
How to make

STEP 1
Place potatoes and enough water to cover in 3-quart saucepan. Cook over high heat 4- 6 minutes or until water comes to a full boil.

STEP 2
Reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking 8-12 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain. Return potatoes to pan.

Add all remaining ingredients to potatoes; gently toss to coat.
