Ingredients
Salsa

2 cup chopped green onions2 large (2 cups) fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1
4 teaspoon red pepper flakesChops
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

2 teaspoon salt1
4 teaspoon pepper6 (3/4-inch thick) bone-in pork chops
*Substitute 2 cups coarsely chopped frozen thawed peach slices.
How to make

STEP 1
Combine all salsa ingredients in bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

Combine butter, 1 tablespoon lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper in bowl; baste onto both sides of pork chops.

Place chops onto grill. Cover; grill, turning once, 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Serve with salsa.
