Ingredients
1 Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
4 cup12 small (1 1
2 pounds) new red potatoes3
4 pound fresh green beans, trimmed2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic

2 teaspoon salt1
2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
2 tablespoons balsamic or red wine vinegar
2 tomatoes, sliced into wedges
How to make

STEP 1
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

Combine butter and potatoes in purchased (11x9x2-inch) disposable foil pan. Place onto grill. Cover; grill, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes.

Add beans and garlic to foil pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover; continue grilling, stirring occasionally, 30-35 minutes or until beans are tender. Stir in mustard and vinegar. Serve with tomato wedges.
