Ingredients
Crust

4 cup all-purpose flour2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

1 cup canned pumpkin

4 cup granulated sugar3 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice1
2 teaspoon vanilla extractStreusel Topping

2 cup firmly packed brown sugar1
3 cup all-purpose flour1
4 cup chopped pecans1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 Land O Lakes® Butter, cut into chunks

STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Line 9-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil, extending over edges. Set aside.

Combine flour and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar in bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 15-18 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

Combine all filling ingredients except egg in bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Add egg; continue beating until well mixed. Spread mixture over hot, partially baked crust.

Combine all streusel ingredients except butter in bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle mixture over filling. Bake 30-35 minutes or until topping is set.
