Marshmallow Sauce
1 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
14 cup powdered sugar
12 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Parfait
12 Slice 'N Bake Brownie Rounds
3 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup Easy Hot Fudge Sauce
34 cup peanuts, chopped
How to make

STEP 1
Combine 1 cup whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla in bowl. Beat at high speed until soft peaks form. Stir in marshmallows.

STEP 2
Break each cookie into 4 pieces . Place 4 cookie pieces into each of six (8 to 10-ounce) parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Layer each with 1/4 cup ice cream, about 2 heaping tablespoons marshmallow sauce, about 1 tablespoon hot fudge sauce and 1 tablespoon peanuts. Repeat layers. Serve immediately.

If parfaits are not eaten immediately, place in freezer until serving time.
