Ingredients
8 ounces (4 cups) uncooked dried extra-wide egg noodles
1 pound lean ground beef

2 cup) onion, chopped4 ounces (1 cup) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup sour cream

4 cup cottage cheese1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon pepper1
4 teaspoon ground nutmegChopped fresh parsley
How to make

STEP 1
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Keep warm.

Cook ground beef, onion and mushrooms in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 9-11 minutes or until beef is browned. Stir in all remaining ingredients except parsley. Continue cooking 3-5 minutes or until mixture is heated through and bubbly.

Spoon beef mixture over cooked noodles. Garnish with parsley.
