S'more Pie

Ingredients
Crust
1 1
4 cups (about 18) finely crushed graham crackers1
4 cup sugar1 Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
3 cupFilling
2 Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
3 cup3 (4.4-ounce) milk chocolate candy bars, broken into pieces

2 teaspoon vanillaTopping
1 1 Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
3 cups1 cup marshmallow creme
1 (2.6-ounce) milk chocolate candy bar, broken into pieces
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 375°F.

Combine all crust ingredients in bowl. Press onto bottom of ungreased 9-inch pie pan or springform pan. Bake 4-5 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.

Place 2/3 cup whipping cream in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes or until cream just comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add all remaining filling ingredients; stir until smooth. Pour over cooled crust. Freeze 30 minutes.

Combine 1 1/3 cups whipping cream and marshmallow crème in bowl. Beat at high speed until stiff peaks form. Spread over chocolate filling. Garnish with candy bar pieces. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
