Skillet Pork, Rice & Beans

Ingredients

2 pound pork cutlets or tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch pieces1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter
1
2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic1 1
2 cups small broccoli florets3 cups cooked rice
1 (15-ounce) can red beans, rinsed, drained
3 tablespoons soy sauce
How to make

STEP 1
Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet until sizzling; add garlic. Cook over medium heat 1 minute. Add broccoli and pork pieces; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until pork is tender and no longer pink.

STEP 2
Stir in rice and beans. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Stir in soy sauce.
Tip #1
For an easy side dish, omit pork.
