Ingredients

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, melted, divided

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups milk, at room temperature

4 large Land O Lakes® Eggs, at room temperature, slightly beaten

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill

1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 425ºF. Brush 12 popover cups with 1 tablespoon melted Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt. Place pan in oven 5 minutes.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine remaining 3 tablespoons Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, flour, milk, eggs, chives, dill and salt in bowl; mix well. Pour batter into preheated popover cups, filling about half full. Bake 25 minutes. (Do not open oven door during baking.)

  3. STEP 3

    Remove from oven; poke top of each popover with sharp knife to release steam. Serve warm with Butter with Canola Oil, if desired.
