Ingredients
Turkey pan drippings
1 Land O Lakes® Unsalted Butter
4 cup1
4 cup all-purpose flourChopped fresh thyme, as desired
Kosher salt, to taste
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
How to make

STEP 1
Strain pan drippings through fine-mesh sieve; discard solids, reserving 2 1/2 cups drippings. Set aside.

STEP 2
Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and thyme 1 minute or until lightly browned.

STEP 3
Gradually whisk in reserved pan drippings. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, whisking constantly, 5-10 minutes or until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve warm.
